200+ Game Characters Get Mega Man Treatment

An enterprising creative person re-imagined to a higher degree 200 classic and modern videogame characters as they power appear in Mega Man.

Chris Bringhurst works at a call center and commonly has long stretches of clock time with not much to do. One day, he started to imagine what Master Chief from Halo would like in the Mega Man universe. So atomic number 2 tinkered over the next two days when he wasn't fielding calls and ended up with what he mentation was a beautiful good see.

"People liked it and asked Pine Tree State to do others, so I tinkered with Mortal Kombat a teensy, so Nathan Francis Drake from Unmapped, and I realized that there were literally hundreds of characters in the computer game universe WHO might really form with that retro look that we every love," Bringhurst said. "Two months later, Hera I am."

About a month, Bringhurst posted an image with about a hundred of his Mega Gentleman's gentleman adaptations on Reddit. He was flooded with requests for even many. "This second batch I did was primitively started to respond to the rafts of requests I'd gotten after that first hundred I'd done," Bringhurst said.

The inspiration to create these images May get come from his father. "I was fortunate decent to have a pa who was utterly obsessed with video games, and from day one he had Maine playacting games," Bringhurst said and that's probably why he has an appreciation for the classic series. "Mega Homo, Mario, Sonic the Porcupine – I flavor like I have an almost eerily intimate relationship with those franchises."

Bringhurst's skill in bringing these characters to living in such simple iconic slipway with retributive a few pixels is mesmerizing. I spent way likewise long gazing at this visualise with awe and delight. Yea, I guess I'm non doing anything other today…
